Why PREMIUM? We especially recommend it if you get your gear serviced infrequently or want the best possible glide. A well-waxed ski or snowboard is like a properly inflated car tire: it's harder to drive on a flat one. Equipment that is saturated with wax glides more easily and is easier to control.

03Turnaround time
When will it be ready?
Services are available year-round. Turnaround time depends on the current workload and the season. During the season (11.15–03.15), work in Kaunas is usually done within a day, in Vilnius within 2 days. Outside the season, the turnaround time is agreed individually.

Frequently asked questions
Briefly about prices, turnaround times and how to bring in your gear.
What is the difference between STANDARD and PREMIUM preparation?
In both cases the edges are sharpened and the base is waxed and polished. With PREMIUM preparation the base is waxed twice – the wax penetrates deeper, the ski glides more easily and the wax lasts longer. We recommend it when you get your skis serviced infrequently or have a longer trip ahead.
How long does it take you to prepare skis?
Services are available year-round. Turnaround time depends on the current workload and the season. During the season (11.15–03.15), work in Kaunas is usually done within a day, in Vilnius within 2 days. Outside the season, the turnaround time is agreed individually.
Can I get just a wax, without sharpening?
Yes. Waxing with polishing without sharpening costs 14 € for skis. However, if the edges no longer grip hard snow, we recommend a full service.
Do you repair scratches after falls?
Yes. We fill scratches and gouges in the base with P-Tex material and level the surface. The repair price depends on the damage – the technician will agree on it with you before starting work. More – about base repair.
Do I need to book in advance?
No. Just bring your skis or snowboard to any drop-off point during opening hours – there's no need to book in advance. We'll tell you when your gear will be ready when we take it in.
What should I do with my skis in summer?
Before summer, it's worth storage waxing your gear: we sharpen the edges and apply a thick layer of wax that protects the base from drying out and the edges from rust. Ski storage waxing costs 17 €, snowboard – 21 €.
Can I leave several pairs of skis?
Of course – you can bring in the gear for the whole family or group at once. The technician will assess each pair separately, and you can calculate the price in advance with the calculator.
